This is a place for healing and connection. I’m here to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation. As a queer therapist, I’m committed to providing you with a safe and inclusive space where we work together to improve relationships, heal from trauma, and nurture a sense of hope for the future.
I’m a queer, trans therapist and registered social worker. I have an eclectic approach to therapy that is intersectional, trauma informed, person centred, and informed by the principles of harm reduction, queer theory, femme theory, and feminist social work practice. I use a combination of modalities to facilitate forming a positive, non-judgemental, and trusting therapeutic relationship that centres your needs, priorities, and journey.
I work with anyone healing from relational and attachment wounds such as parental neglect or abandonment, relationship breakdown, betrayal, or rejection. I specialize in supporting 2SLGBTQ+ survivors of intimate partner violence and 2SLGBTQ+ couples who feel misunderstood by straight, cis, mononormative therapists when trying to process their relationships and identity.
Here, it’s all about our partnership – together, we’ll create a roadmap that navigates the intricacies of improving relationships and enhancing communication. Whether you’re facing the aftermath of relational trauma or simply striving for more meaningful connections, I’m here to guide you.
As you take this step towards healing and growth, remember that your journey is unique and powerful. With every session, we’re crafting a narrative of strength, resilience, and hope. Together, we’re redefining what’s possible – transforming challenges into triumphs and shaping a future that’s brimming with potential.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate the complexities of life, relationships, and self-discovery. Through collaboration, understanding, and unwavering support, we’ll create a foundation that will guide you towards the life you deserve.

“We must dream and enact new and better pleasures, other ways of being in the world, and ultimately new worlds… Queerness is essentially about the rejection of a here and now and an insistence on potentiality for another world.”
— José Esteban Muñoz, in Cruising Utopia (2009)
